GIRDA is a Chemical and Polymer sector Research & Development Organization of the nation providing services to the Industries Sector in three technical areas of “Testing & Evaluation”, “Inspection Services”, and “R&D and Expert Services”.

These services are provided through its different state-of-the-art laboratories located at its head office in Vadodara.

• Testing of chemicals and allied materials
• Finished product testing for plastic, chemicals, petrochemicals, paints, varnishes, oils, soaps, inks, fire control chemical etc.
• Guidance for new end uses of plastic and polymers
• Service provided through Third Party Inspection (for supervision material testing to Industries/Govt.)
